Create the contact
Click Add Contact.
Enter name (e.g., “Josh Test 10”) and email (e.g., “…+test10@email.com”).
Click Save.
Apply the lead tag (required for syncing)
Open the new contact.
In Tags, add the same tag your Google Ads leads use (so it follows the normal flow).
This tag is what triggers the automation and Airtable sync.
Let the automation run (or fast-forward it)
Normal flow: The automation waits ~5 minutes to give you time to tag correctly; then it pushes the contact to Airtable.
Fast-forward: In the workflow/automation queue, Skip the 5-minute wait and Move/Move All to fire the webhook immediately.
Confirm the contact in Airtable
Check Airtable to verify the new record appeared after the wait/skip.
Add a note on the contact in the CRM
Back on the contact, go to Notes.
Type your note (e.g., “Josh is leaving out of town.”).
Click Save.
Verify notes synced to Airtable
In Airtable, open the contact record and confirm the new note appears on the record.
Keep working the record normally
Any additional notes you add and save on the contact will sync over, so you can see them both in the CRM and in Airtable.
